is accredited by the Joint Commission

 

The Joint Commission will conduct an unannounced survey of this organization to evaluate the organization’s compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards.  The survey results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, accreditation should be awarded the organization.

 

Joint Commission standards deal with organizational quality of care issues and the safety of the environment in which care is provided.

 

Kendall Regional Medical Center encourages those who have concerns relating to patient care and safety to contact hospital management and provide us with the opportunity to resolve those concerns.  If the concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital's grievance process, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission.

Kendall Regional Medical Center esta acreditado por el “Joint Commission”.

 

El Joint Commission va a conducir una inspección de esta organización para evaluar que esta de acuerdo con los estándares nacionales establecidos por el Joint Comisión.  Los resultados de la encuesta serán utilizados para determinar si se le debe otorgar acreditación al hospital.

 

Los estandares del Joint Comisión tratan con asuntos de calidad del cuidado y la seguridad del ambiente en el cual se presta cuidado al paciente.

 

Kendall Regional Medical Center alienta a aquellos que tienen alguna preocupación sobre el cuidado de paciente y su seguridad que contacten al departamento de administración del hospital y nos den la oportunidad de resolverles sus preocupaciones.  Si sus preocupaciones no pueden ser resueltas a través del sistema de resolver quejas del hospital, se le alienta al individuo que contacte al Joint Comisión a la siguiente:
